1. What the user confirms
By entering an email address in a subscription form and ticking the consent checkbox, the user voluntarily gives SibKarate consent to send newsletters to the specified email address.
2. What may be sent
The newsletter may include new articles, site updates, karate training materials, tournament information, and other materials related to the subject of the site.
3. Data used for the newsletter
For sending newsletters, SibKarate processes the email address submitted by the user, technical confirmation data, subscription date and, where available, consent metadata.
4. Legal basis
The newsletter is sent only with the user consent. Personal data processing related to the subscription is also governed by the Personal Data Consent and the Privacy Policy.
5. Consent period
The consent remains valid until the user unsubscribes or withdraws consent, or until the newsletter is discontinued.
6. How to unsubscribe
The user may unsubscribe at any time on the unsubscribe page or by sending a request to ant1aon@mail.ru.
7. Consent withdrawal
The user may also withdraw consent to personal data processing through the consent withdrawal form.
